The land is a mixture of good quality grazing lands and mountain grazing, traditional of what is found in the area. The lands are enclosed by post and wire fencing and in their majority stockproof. There is a small parcel across the road. Both parcels have gated entrances.

There is currently a stock pen on the lands, but this may well be removed prior to sale.
